Full quest text

Description

I wrote a fresh report for Helgrum in Stonard. Bring it to him.

And if you consider yourself an outrunner, then don't lose your way. Or fall to an enemy.

When you return

You returned. You have a report?

On completion

Thank you, ‹name›. From Neeka's report, I see the Alliance is not without its own problems. And we may find that some enemies are shared between us.
