Description

I am going to empower you as an acting deputy of Stormwind, ‹name›.

Return to Magistrate Solomon in Lakeshire and deliver this decree.

When you return

It appears as if the fate of Lakeshire rests squarely on your shoulders.

<You notice Magistrate Solomon blinking rapidly. He appears to be crying.>
