Gnome Rogue: Combat solo leveling

Solo leveling for a Gnome Rogue 1–60 with Combat (0/31/0 at 40, 18/33/0 at 60) and the Gnome's Eureka! as a burst button. Theorycraft – the talent order is validated against client data 1.60.1.70755 but not tested in game; everything above level 30 is theory because the beta stopped there.
