How do we calculate this?
Every day we keep the lowest buyout per unit that any player has scanned. The normal price is the median of the last 7 days, and the change compares today's price with the median of the week before. A suspiciously low price from a single reporter is hidden until someone else sees something similar. The lowest price is what the cheapest seller asks – not what things actually sell for.
