Cooking trainers
Trainers who teach Cooking for your faction, capitals first. The level (Journeyman, Expert …) is shown under the name.
Classic position unless the NPC is marked Confirmed in Forever
Leveling 1–300
How the plan is computed: at each skill level we pick the learnable recipe (trainer, automatic, or recipe items sold by vendors in Classic) with the lowest reagent cost per skill point. Assumption: orange = 1 craft per point, yellow ≈ 1.5, green ≈ 3. Computed from client data – not tested in game. Trainer tiers (75/150/225) and tools like rods/blacksmith hammers are not included.
